The Site Engineer position offers a great opportunity for career growth and skill development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking charge of site operations and ensuring that all work is carried out according to the approved plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop take-offs and prepare tender scope of works
  • Create RFQ packages and coordinate site visits with subcontractors
  • Prepare preliminary construction schedules and lead on their implementation
  • E nsure that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements
  • Identify potential claims (variations/EOT) and prepare for submission to stakeholders
  • Prepare subcontract packages and administer them to meet site requirements
  • Monitor productivities and forecast costs to complete

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree-level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil)
  • Demonstrated previous experience in engineering, working on construction projects in Water Infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants
  • Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design, and contracts management functions
  • A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills
  • A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects
