About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing to drive business growth and client satisfaction. As a Strategic Digital Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns tailored to our key clients' needs.
  • Collaborating closely with our sales team and customer success department to identify new opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies.
  • Taking ownership of marketing budget allocation and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Playing a key role in shaping our organization's digital corporate strategy and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Utilizing internal and external relationships to execute creative campaigns and events that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Tracking and reporting on progress and cadence-building, utilizing tech stacks and marketing automation systems to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Communicating and advocating for all marketing initiatives, collateral, website tools, customer success stories, and upcoming events to the regional sales team.
  • Managing and attending marketing events such as drinks receptions, dinners, sports days, and other activations that build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • SaaS or tech experience is essential, with a background working with clients in government, advisory, and professional services being a nice-to-have.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and metric-driven marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, and execution is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience using marketing automation systems such as Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot, and Salesforce is advantageous.
