Accounts Payable Finance Expert

As a key member of the finance team, you'll be responsible for managing invoices and payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and drive efficiencies while ensuring timely, accurate payments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, reviewing, and accurately processing invoices in line with company policies.
- Preparing, scheduling, and executing vendor payments, ensuring timeliness.
- Reconciling vendor statements and promptly resolving any discrepancies.
- Managing vendor set-up, maintaining records, and addressing vendor inquiries.
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and supporting month and year-end closing.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and assisting with audits.
- Reconciling corporate credit cards and providing employee support on card use.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the accounts payable function.
- Providing support and training to internal stakeholders on payment processes.
