Equipment Coordinator

The Service Quote Writer is responsible for coordinating and finalizing equipment repair quotes. This role provides assistance to Area Service Representatives by providing quotes to customers for all tire and wheel replacements in addition to any rental return or de-hire customer damage repairs.
This role works closely with the Branch Service and Rental Teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Trade/mechanical background with field or workshop experience beneficial.
- Solid experience in spare parts department and system knowledge beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP (SAP or similar) systems.
- Proven experience liaising and negotiating with management, internal and external customers.
- Experience processing high volume purchase orders and quotes accurately and timely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic in dealings with customers and personnel.
