Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Community Rehabilitation team at Caulfield Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in their homes and at our rehabilitation centre.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent client-centred rehabilitation services to clients with diverse clinical diagnoses
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to professional development activities to enhance your skills and expertise
- Minimum three years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Current Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA)
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence (unrestricted)
- Credentialed Physiotherapist with SWEP for equipment/modification prescription
- Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $105,000
