Double Bass Tutor

Caulfield Grammar School is seeking a talented Double Bass tutor to join its vibrant Strings team. As a key member of the music department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instrumental lessons to primary and secondary aged students.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate exceptional teaching skills and a passion for music education
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Strings to develop the school's music program
- Provide performance opportunities for bass students and attend concerts, soirees, and sectionals as required
- Proven experience as a tutor within a school music program
- Ability to engage and motivate primary and secondary aged students
- Familiarity with Double Bass repertoire and ability to prepare students for AMEB examinations or similar
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
