Key Roles:

The Financial Strategist plays a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic direction.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure the integrity of the company's financial data and supports compliance with global accounting standards.
  • Responsible for detailed budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to empower the business to optimize operations, manage risks, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Instrumental in ensuring the effective utilization of financial data throughout the organization, enabling decisions that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business success.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial gases, or similar industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multinational and matrix organizations is desirable.
