The Chief Operating Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive and is responsible for overseeing daily operations of clinical and clinical support services. This includes aligning operational strategies with our Clinical Services Plan and Health Equity Strategy.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of General Managers and Service Directors, as well as overseeing a large number of staff across various facilities.
About you:
- Proven executive leadership experience in a complex organization
- Ability to develop and implement practical business models and solutions
- High-level management skills, including planning, performance monitoring, and resource management
- Experience in fostering cohesive services and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
