About the RoleThe Executive Director will be responsible for leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, enabling collective impact and inspiring confidence, passion, and accountability in both internal and external audiences. Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential, along with advanced strategy and planning skills that span organisational and systemic levels.
Key Responsibilities- Enable high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Facilitate collaboration and collective impact among stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to drive social change and equity
- 17% superannuation (with the choice to join an award-winning superfund)
- 6 weeks annual leave (including Christmas and New Year closure)
- 10 days personal/sick leave, plus 5 days carer's leave
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Completion of a degree or qualification in Management, or similar
