About the Opportunity:

We seek a talented Marketing Manager to drive growth and success. The successful candidate will report to the Director and manage a marketing coordinator.

Key responsibilities include managing online lead generation through partner programs, monitoring and analyzing website performance, designing and building new webpages, engaging with brokers, and liaising with vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a unique mix of skills in digital lead generation, copywriting, digital marketing, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements include relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field, at least 7 years' experience in marketing, and previous experience in digital lead generation, Wordpress CMS, and multi-channel campaign management.

The successful candidate will be proactive, autonomous, and able to effectively manage and motivate a marketing coordinator to exceed performance targets.

They will also be able to build strong relationships with brokers and external vendors, driving innovation and change.
