Job Title:

Residential Fencing Estimator and Quoter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess residential customers' fencing needs.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes for residential fencing projects.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Communicate and negotiate project details with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fencing materials, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate and schedule approved quotes for installation.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage material orders and ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotes, schedules, and material orders.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a residential fencing estimator and quoter is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of fencing materials, industry standards, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quote preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organised and proficient in project scheduling and material ordering.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site assessments.
