The Role

Results-driven Major Projects Project Managers are required to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale fencing projects.

  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
  • You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple major projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and oversee project programs, timelines, and forecasts.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage safety on site, in line with company and legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and project performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and order materials as required.
  • Monitor and supervise works to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing major projects, preferably within construction, civil, or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
  • Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities.
  • Relevant qualification preferred but not essential.
