About the Role:
Our team is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will possess industry experience, strong relationships with clients, and the ability to drive successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients.

Requirements:
- Experience in the property industry and a valid Property Representative Licence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

- Financial acumen and analytical skills to support property performance.
- A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology.
