About the Role:

The Bureau's asset management system underpins effective lifecycle management of diverse and geographically dispersed portfolio of critical infrastructure and equipment.

Asset Management Technical Developer will play key role in ongoing development, enhancement, and technical support of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system primarily focusing on IBM Maximo and Maximo Mobile platforms.

This includes customising applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements and support operational teams across organisation.

Successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of Maximo by troubleshooting issues, managing product fixes in partnership with vendors, and ensuring system remains robust and aligned with best practices.

Strong focus will be placed on enabling organisation's adoption of asset management solutions through provision of technical coaching, training, and clear documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions that improve asset management processes and system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage product fixes in partnership with vendors, and ensure system remains robust and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical coaching, training, and clear documentation to support organisation's adoption of asset management solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors.
