The Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience function is focused on the full lifecycle of recruitment, encompassing research, sourcing, attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of selected workforce resources. The team's priorities are driven by strategic and operational needs.

You will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day recruitment, human resource, and contract management support and advice to managers across Canberra Health Services on all matters relating to the recruitment of Senior Medical Officers, including the contracting of Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
