We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, analyzing data to inform future recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers and senior staff to identify resourcing needs, determining and advising on selection criteria, designing and advising on job descriptions and interview questions, leading employer branding initiatives, organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events, forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, providing innovative solutions to influence decision making, actively engaging clients to share knowledge and experience, and supporting the development of HR capabilities within Recruitment across the department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, and be able to think strategically and innovatively.

In addition, the successful candidate must be an Australian citizen, of good character and integrity, and able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance.
