Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition ExpertiseAbout the Role:

Talent acquisition specialists play a vital role in our firm, building and managing talent pipelines to drive business success. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies that identify and attract top-tier talent across multiple channels.

  • Sourcing and Identifying Top Talent:
    • Proactively identify hard-to-find candidates through research and social media platforms
    • Develop targeted candidate profiles and sourcing approaches aligned with business objectives

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping exercises to inform recruitment strategies
  • Provide hiring teams with competitive intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and industry trends
Requirements:3+ years of recruitment experience in internal talent acquisition or agency environments, with demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries and role levels.Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and executive search methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
