About the Project Manager Role

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services Division at Kinetic IT. In this role, you will be working in a broad and interconnected team across Australia, overseeing projects spanning ServiceNow, Service Integration, and Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will excel in risk management, project governance, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in delivering complex application projects including ServiceNow. You will be responsible for managing project execution to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, budget, schedule, and scope.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering complex application projects including ServiceNow
  • Ability to manage project execution to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, budget, schedule, and scope
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver ICT projects of a diverse and complex nature within ICT application environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building reputable customer partnerships
  • Industry-recognised project management certification/s, such as PRINCE2 and/or PMI
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practice in service management, ServiceNow, and Cloud, incorporating relevant insights into project delivery
  • Experience in an ITIL environment with ITIL Certification highly regarded
