About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Professional Services Division, working on ServiceNow projects across Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex application projects, including ServiceNow, on time and within budget.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service management, ServiceNow, and Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering complex application projects, including ServiceNow.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Industry-recognized project management certification, such as PRINCE2 and/or PMI.
  • Experience in an ITIL environment, with ITIL certification highly regarded.
