We are seeking a highly skilled Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) professional to lead our ESG strategy across the business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with practical execution, working across teams to ensure ESG goals are met, tracked, and communicated clearly both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement an effective ESG strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • To identify and assess potential ESG risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ESG considerations are integrated into all aspects of business operations.
  • To communicate ESG performance and progress to senior management, the board, and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ESG roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
