We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance and Policy professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation operates with integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment.

  • Develop, review, and implement governance frameworks and policy initiatives that underpin regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and effective decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Organise and run cross-functional policy working groups and facilitate collaborative policy development.
  • Monitor emerging legislative, regulatory, and compliance requirements, advising on organisational impact.
