Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our team, focusing on subscription and offer management. This role involves a blend of business and technical analysis, supporting both European and US markets.

The ideal candidate will be part of the Sales and Service Central Analyst Team, working closely with Product and Technology in the early stages of a project. Their primary responsibility will be to provide high-level impact assessments of requirements, covering purchase journeys from frontend UI to backend catalogue and offer management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business requirements against technical solutions provided by Solution Architects and Principal Engineers.
  • Ensuring customer experience is always prioritized, with requirements and solutions being fit for purpose.
  • Defining requirements through interviews/workshops, improving processes, and balancing costs and benefits when evaluating possible solutions.

  • Experience working with product and agile technology delivery teams, understanding work intake processes and agile ways of working.
  • A keen energy to learn, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to define requirements, improve processes, and balance costs and benefits.
