The Assistant Director, Digital Operations Specialist will collaborate with digital architecture, security, ICT, Enterprise Service Management, business systems and vendors to provide cross-domain consultancy for overall designs of projects or BAU activities impacting ICT services.
- Provide insights, advice, and support in the design and implementation of effective architectures for the ICT environment.
- Guide ICT programs, projects, and BAU improvements to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture standards, Governance, and industry standards.
- Develop proposals for recommended solutions to ensure future investment in ICT systems and process support Digital goals.
- Drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes contributing to the achievement of the ICT Operations section objectives.
- Oversight of root cause analysis and problem rectification activities.
- Foster a culture that drives high performance, collaboration, agility, and accountability in the delivery of ICT services.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor those within the Digital Operations team.
Key Eligibility Requirements:
- Understanding of Essential 8 / PSPF in relation to Government regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, domain, and Azure Administration.
- Experience in leading work through scrum and related project frameworks.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and change management skills.
Position Notes: Appointment is conditional on successfully completing a national police check. Salary offered between $118,588 - $135,251 per annum depending on skills and experience.
