As a key member of the HR team, you will drive business partnering across the organization. This role is well suited to a HR Business Partner with experience in change and transformation project work.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate looking for their next career move. You will have experience in leading and improving processes for a complex organization, as well as coaching and guiding leaders with employee performance and improvement plans.

You will report to the People & Culture Manager and provide HR support and advice across the organization. You will also be instrumental in managing and supporting leaders and employees through restructuring and change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders on all HR related matters in line with restructuring and change management
  • Providing timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the organization and to key stakeholder groups
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
  • Reviewing and updating current policy and procedures to ensure best practice

Qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent, extensive expertise in generalist HR consulting within a large, complex and multi-site organization, proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels, demonstrated experience in a change environment, project work and/or organizational development, strong planning and organizational skills, prioritizing work, dealing with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met, and being up to date with contemporary HR practices.
