**Job Description:**
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome work-related or non-work-related injuries and illnesses. You will conduct assessments to identify the treatment and rehabilitation needs of clients and develop plans to help them achieve their return-to-work goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have experienced a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness">
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living">
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers (for example audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing)">
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests">
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return-to-work goal">

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating">
