Rehabilitation Consultant

    We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals who have sustained physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions to safely return them to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes
  • Complete functional capacity evaluations
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans
  • Clinical experience in conducting assessments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
