Business Growth Leader

Seeking an experienced professional to spearhead business growth initiatives in QLD. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy to drive growth.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Forecast market potential and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Create action plans to penetrate new markets and attract new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality CRM systems.
  • A strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications.
