Clinical Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Principal Clinical Oversight Officer.
This role involves providing expert clinical input and driving improvements in healthcare services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering healthcare services in sensitive and complex environments, with experience in monitoring healthcare service delivery and a tertiary qualification in a health or related field.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated approaches to meeting the needs of people in custody.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sound systems, policies and procedures to foster accountability and innovation. You will also provide clinical oversight of health service delivery across the Victorian adult correctional system.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services and a passion for driving improvements in healthcare delivery.
