We are seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Specialist to join our Maternal and Child Health team.
The role involves managing operational and governance processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of governance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing priorities and escalating matters as needed
- Maintaining central registers and coordinating internal processes
- Conducting audits and contributing to OHS compliance initiatives
- Developing staff resources and training on documentation and information management
- Ensuring adherence to information sharing schemes and health record legislation
Requirements include:
- Mandatory Qualifications to practice as a MCH Nurse in Victoria
- At least five years' experience in Maternal and Child Health nursing
- Proven leadership skills and experience in developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Outstanding time management and organisational abilities
