Medical Governance Expert
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in upholding robust clinical governance frameworks and policies. This includes collaborating with senior management to develop and implement effective governance structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Governance: Monitor clinical activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to clinical staff on governance matters and facilitate continuous professional development.
- Audit and Review: Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate the quality of clinical services and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Assessment: Assess clinical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Medical Practitioner with current registration and licence to practice in Australia (AHPRA registration).
- Significant experience in clinical practice, preferably in emergency medicine or primary care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess issues and implement effective solutions.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of clinical care and governance.
