At The Royal Children's Hospital, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines and cleaning standards.
- Assist with equipment delivery and management, ensuring efficient and effective patient transport.
- Provide coverage for planned and unplanned absenteeism, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with a diverse team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Participate in required training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the hospital.
- Certificate III in Health Service Assistant (PSA) is essential.
- Previous experience as a PSA is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to service excellence, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
