The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Services Assistant to join our team at The Royal Children's Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist with equipment delivery and patient transport needs
- Respond to planned and unplanned absenteeism by providing coverage as required
- Work collaboratively with the PSA coordinators and nurse in charge to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Health Service Assistant (PSA) is essential
- Previous experience as a PSA is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
