Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to planned and unplanned absenteeism by providing coverage as required
  • Work collaboratively with the PSA coordinators and nurse in charge to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Health Service Assistant (PSA) is essential
  • Previous experience as a PSA is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
