Job Overview

Main responsibilities include reviewing reports against quality frameworks and regulations, fostering strong relationships with customers and experts, collaborating with team members to prioritize workflow, providing feedback and training to medical professionals, and resolving emerging issues and customer complaints.

  • Review medico-legal reports to ensure adherence to quality frameworks and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable partnerships with customers and experts through open communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflow and ensure efficient delivery of reports.
  • Provide feedback and training to medical experts on medico-legal report writing.
  • Resolve emerging problems and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience or qualifications in allied health, legal, or insurance industries.
  • Familiarity with AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
