Account Manager

About the Role:
MRI Software is seeking a skilled Account Manager to expand its presence in the market. As a solutions expert, the ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the software industry to drive whitespace revenue and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them address unique business issues and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.
- Drive the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities, identifying client solutions, and building customer relationships.
- Manage the sales administration process in CRM, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop account strategies and work with sales leadership and marketing to achieve short- and long-term sales goals.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive individual initiatives.
- Exceed assigned annual sales and retention quotas.
- Handle the contracting process and sales administration.
- Stay up-to-date on MRI's market positioning, product differentiators, and strengths.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience in the software industry or similar.
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
- Experience with MRI CRM Software and similar real estate SaaS solutions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships, increasing revenue, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with sales CRM (Salesforce and Hubspot).
