About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and proactive professional to lead and support initiatives, guide colleagues, and drive process improvements that enhance the experience and outcomes for employees we support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment to succeed in their careers.
- Oversee induction, goal development, and preparation of individual plans.
- Ensure effective use of resources and align workforce planning with business needs.
- Mentor and guide colleagues in person-centred, rights-based employment supports, including complex case management, behaviour support, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Lead learning and professional development across the site, including training of colleagues, training of employees, and ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
- Advocate for inclusive employment policies and represent the organization at forums and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Desirable qualification of degree in social work or similar preferred.
- Experience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employment.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client safety systems.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and clearances.
