Job Title: Community Support Professional

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to organizational standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
