Project Manager - Luxury Property Development

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team and play a vital role in managing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property's high-end positioning.

This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a respected developer, delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living. You will lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs, coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes, oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites, liaise with local council and manage development approval processes (DA), prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports, provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects, support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio, and maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.

You will need to have minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering, tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field, familiar with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes, strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes, and Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
