Luxury Property Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of luxury property projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The role involves leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our luxury property business.


Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver luxury property projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction or a related field
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with Queensland building codes and project compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
