- Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.">
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to uphold property standards.">
- Assist in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.">
- Manage tenant and guest inquiries, delivering prompt and professional service.">
- Ensure operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.">
Requirements
">- Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.">
- Strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive, hands-on approach.">
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.">
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.">
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.">
