Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our facilities management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end facilities projects, including office fit-outs, relocations, and upgrades, to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take overall responsibility for operational leadership, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
