Senior Operations Manager Job DescriptionThis key role is central to maintaining a reputation for seamless, safe and sustainable voyages. As Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of polar expeditions, discovery expeditions and small ship cruises.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product teams to assess new destinations and itineraries.
- Manage complex permitting processes across global regions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scalable and consistent delivery.
- Liaise with government bodies, traditional owners and environmental agencies.
The successful candidate will have expertise in regulatory compliance, permit navigation and stakeholder management. They will also possess strong knowledge of expedition cruise operations, particularly in polar regions.
Requirements:- 5+ years in a senior operations or expedition logistics leadership role.
- High-level communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
