Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the planning and execution of our polar expeditions and small ship cruises. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operational planning, permit management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans that ensure safe and sustainable experiences for our guests.
  • Manage complex permitting processes across global regions, collaborating with government bodies and stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent delivery of high-quality experiences.
  • Lead equipment and logistics planning, ensuring accurate and efficient support for multiple voyages.
  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing team, aligning operations with strategic and cultural goals.
  • Promote environmentally responsible practices through sustainable procurement and operational strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior operations or expedition logistics leadership roles.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and strong knowledge of expedition cruise operations.
  • High-level communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
  • Desirable degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Passion for sustainability, cultural sensitivity, and adventure travel.
