Expedition Team Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Expedition Team Operations Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our expeditions by providing support to the Expedition Team Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities to grow the pool of expedition team members.
- Coordinate assessments, certifications, licenses, and operational requirements for expedition team members.
- Liaise with relevant bodies to coordinate training programs in a timely manner.
- Ensure currency and timely uploading of records in the database.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure resources, expedition team voyage documents, policies, are current and prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance the culture, values, and ethics of Aurora Expeditions among expedition team members.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a coordinator or administrator role (operations/logistics/HR experience desirable).
- Experience working in the cruise/travel industry (desirable).
- Exceptional administration skills and good working knowledge of MS Office range of products.
- Appreciation and respect for sustainability, natural, and cultural environments.
- Experience running online meetings with streaming platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
- Digital savvy with experience working with CRMs like Salesforce.
