Job Overview

This is a senior role in our logistics department where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our cargo. Your key responsibilities will include performing quality checks, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

You will also be working closely with our operational team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and customers to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require at least 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics, specifically in quality control coordination. You must also possess intermediate IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as data compilation and processing skills through Excel.

Key qualities required for this role include honesty, integrity, reliability and highly developed delegation and empowerment capabilities. Proven decision-making abilities and a willingness to learn supply chain business models are also essential.
