Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Manager


Job Description:

This senior leadership position is responsible for leading the quality control organization to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a diverse team of 50 professionals, ensuring high-quality and on-time execution of testing programs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolving complex quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary degree in Science or Engineering (biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry)
  • Proven experience in quality control leadership, preferably in biologics industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to analyze and summarize complex scientific data

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
