Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This role will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • You will liaise with various stakeholders including store networks, repair agents, and retail customers to resolve technical issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
  2. Collaborate with Merchandise, Supply Chain & Logistics teams to report recurring technical issues and implement improvement plans.
  3. Provide training and technical guidance to store teams and repair agents.
  4. Maintain accurate records of support cases and spare parts inventory.
  5. Liaise with repair network to explain issues in plain language to stores and customers.
  6. Assist with technical product guides and identifying potential product risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in technical customer service or repair technician roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
