The Role
  • Manage work schedules and rosters ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts
  • Maintain records of operational and personnel-related activities ensuring up-to-date documentation compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Mobilise employees site clearance training and compliance checks
  • Coordinate travel logistics flights buses and accommodation
  • Ensure employees have necessary travel documents itineraries and detailed record keeping across multiple sites and systems
  • Act as main point of contact between workers management and ensure effective communication between offices
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure correct timely payments considering FIFO schedules overtime
  • Provide regular reports to management on workforce levels accommodation status safety incidents and operational issues
  • Collaborate with departments to meet deadlines
  • Ensure confidentiality data integrity manage data with attention to detail filing and record-keeping
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 4 years experience as Site Administrator within surface or underground mining
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills PowerPoint Word Outlook Excel
  • Ability to improve systems streamline processes
  • Confidence working independently managing shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills quick thinking
  • Positive team-focused attitude can-do approach
  • Energetic self-motivated adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication skills commitment to integrity
  • Solid work ethic drive to work efficiently responsibly
