THE WESTGOLD OFFER

• Casual position on a competitive hourly rate

THE ROLE

• Clean and sanitise site facilities, including offices, crib rooms and ablution blocks
• Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas
• Regularly empty and dispose of waste from all rubbish bins

WHAT DO I NEED

• Previous cleaning experience (mine site or industrial preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships
• Possess the ability to create, maintain and improve systems and business processes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
• A can-do, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
