We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Activation Consultant to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and managing innovative, safe, and diverse work-type activities for our customers to enhance their chances of securing sustainable employment.
You will partner with various stakeholders to establish a range of activities to enable our customers to meet their Activation Requirements. This will involve supporting the Customer Activation Manager in identifying activities, creating activities to support Sites, referral processes, schedules, and activity management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review report data to aid Sites with their daily activation management of customers.
- Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers, and staff.
- Demonstrate strong skills in data entry, ability to use the Microsoft Office suite, and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute).
- Create employment pathway opportunities.
- Read reports and use that data to identify performance and compliance issues.
- Read, interpret, and apply corporate and operational policy and procedure work within a quality management system.
Requirements:
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and completed three selected WHS modules from the Certificate IV in WHS.
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in Employment Services.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia Ltd is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.
